The shopping cart on Supermarket23 allows you to select and temporarily store products while browsing the store. It is a useful tool for organizing your purchase before completing the payment. However, it is important to note that adding a product to the cart does not mean it is reserved, so it may run out of stock if you do not complete your purchase in time.
Below, we explain how to properly use the shopping cart in our store.
Adding products to the cart
- You must log into your account before adding products. This way, the items will be linked to your account, and you will be able to access them from any device.
- To add a product to your cart, click on the cart icon that appears next to each item.
Viewing the shopping cart
- The cart icon is located in the upper right corner of the store.
- By clicking on the cart, you can see all the added products, along with their prices and quantities.
Reviewing and modifying products in the cart
- You can adjust the quantity of each item using the (– or +) buttons.
- If you want to remove a product, click on the trash can icon.
Sharing the loaded cart
If you want someone else to review your product selection or complete the payment, you can share your cart via a link. (See article on sharing the cart)
What happens if you log out or leave the store?
- If you leave the store or log out, your cart will remain saved, and you will be able to access it as long as you use the same device or browser you used previously when adding the products.
However, remember that adding products to the cart does not mean they are reserved. If a product runs out before you complete your purchase, it will disappear from your cart, and you will not be able to purchase it until it becomes available again.
