Every order goes through different stages before reaching its final destination. To ensure you have all the necessary information, we provide a order status system, which allows you to track your order at all times. Below, we explain the different order statuses and what each one means.
- Pending Verification
This status indicates that the order is waiting to be reviewed and approved by the system. After completing your purchase, your order goes through an automatic verification process to confirm that all details are correct before proceeding with processing.
- Ready for Distribution
Once the order details have been verified, the status will change to "Ready for Distribution". This means that your order is ready to be dispatched and distributed to the logistics operator, who will handle its transportation to the recipient's address.
- In Distribution
In this status, your order is being prepared for delivery and has an estimated delivery date. The logistics operator is organizing the shipment, and your order will arrive soon.
- Delivered
Once the order has been successfully delivered to the recipient, the status will change to "Delivered". This means the process has been completed, and the customer has received their order.
- Cancelled
If the order has been canceled, either by the customer or due to an issue in the process, the status will appear as "Cancelled". In these cases, the customer will be notified in advance about the cancellation and the next steps, such as a refund if applicable.
