From our mobile app, you can easily track every step of the delivery process in the "Orders" section, available when you click on Menu.
The order statuses can be:
- Pending verification: The order is awaiting review and approval by the system after being placed by the customer.
- Ready for distribution: All details have been verified, and the order is ready to be dispatched and distributed.
- In distribution: The order is being prepared to then be handed over to the logistics operator, who will deliver it to the recipient's address.
- Delivered: The order has been successfully delivered to the recipient.
- Canceled: The order has been canceled for some reason, with prior knowledge of the customer.
