The shopping cart icon allows you to temporarily store products while browsing the mobile app.
The cart is located in the bottom menu of the app. By clicking on it, you will see all the products associated with your account, along with their quantities. To change them, simply tap the + or - signs. To remove an item, use the trash bin icon.
