You can add a new delivery address in the mobile app by clicking on the Menu button in the bottom menu and then accessing My Recipients.
Once there, press the + button to add a new delivery address.
Deliveries are made directly to the registered address. If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, we do not leave the order with neighbors, friends, or other individuals unless this has been specified in the order beforehand.
If you would like someone else to receive the order in case the original recipient is unavailable, you can specify an alternate address and delivery name.
In the case of errors in the delivery address, we will temporarily hold the order until you provide the correct and complete information. Otherwise, it may be necessary to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Please note that deliveries are only made to authorized individuals who are 18 years or older.
