Below, we explain step by step how to add a recipient and some key points to consider for a smooth delivery process.
How to Add a Recipient
To add a new recipient, follow these steps:
- Log into your account.
- Click on "Add Recipient".
- Fill in the required recipient details, including:
- Full Name
- Phone Number

Exact Address: Street, house or building number, cross streets, neighborhood, municipality, and province.
- You can add an alternative contact in case the recipient is not at home, but another person is available to receive the order.
- Save the information to ensure the address is registered in your account.
Important Delivery Information
- Personalized Delivery: Orders are delivered only to the registered address.
- Recipient's Presence: If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the order will not be left with neighbors, friends, or others unless previously indicated in the order.
- Delivery to an Authorized Person: If you want someone else to receive the order in case the recipient is unavailable, you can specify an alternative address and the authorized person's name.
- Deliveries are only made to individuals over 18 years old.
- The address and contact number must be accurate to avoid delivery delays.
Errors in the Delivery Address
If the provided address contains errors, the order may be canceled, and a refund will be processed.
