At Supermarket23, we offer you the Family Recharge Service, an additional option that allows you to send phone credit to your loved ones in Cuba. This service is only available if you make a purchase of products in our store. It is not possible to make a recharge alone without associating it with a purchase order.
When is the recharge enabled?
The option to activate a family recharge appears at the end of the purchase process, just before the payment stage. At that point, a screen is shown that allows you to select if you want to make the recharge.
What conditions apply?
- Only the promotion in effect at that time will be available.
- The active offer may include bonuses, additional benefits, or specific conditions, and it will be the only one applicable at that time.
- It is not possible to select previous promotions or modify the offer shown.
- Sometimes you can make the recharge before the Cubacel offer starts; we will save the number and when the promotion begins, the credit will be credited to your relative. This may happen a few days after the purchase time.
Recommendations
- Make sure to correctly enter the phone number that will receive the recharge before confirming the payment.
- If you do not want to include a recharge in your purchase, you can skip this option and continue with the payment normally.
