We explain how you can obtain your invoice, the available options, and the steps to request it.
You can request two types of invoices, depending on your needs:
- Detailed invoice: This invoice includes a breakdown of each item in your purchase, with the description and unit price of each product, allowing you to see the full breakdown of your order.
- Summary invoice: If you prefer a simpler version, you may choose a summary invoice, which only shows the total amount of the purchase, without listing each product individually.
How to obtain your invoice?
- By accessing "My Orders":
If you are registered in our store, you can go to the "My Orders" section in your account. There you will find the history of your purchases made within the last 6 months.- Simply locate the order of interest and download the invoice directly from the page.
- By contacting Customer Support:
If you need an invoice and cannot access your account, you may contact our Customer Support team. Please provide the order numbers related to the purchases for which you want an invoice. It can be a summary of your purchases within a specific period or for a particular recipient.- Our team will send the corresponding invoice to your email in the requested format.
Can I send the invoice to someone else?
Yes, if you wish, we can send the invoice to your recipient or to multiple people. When making the request, please ensure to provide the correct contact information of the recipient so we can send the invoice directly to them.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to issue the document exclusively for the personal use of our customers and for informational purposes regarding their transactions in our store. The use that the customer may make of our invoice summary is beyond the store’s responsibility.
- The invoice must be requested via the email address used during registration, in order to verify that it is the customer making the request. The information will not be provided to a recipient.
