You can manage multiple recipients within your account, allowing you to send orders to different addresses as needed. However, there are some restrictions on modifying the details of a registered recipient. Below, we explain how you can make changes or update your recipients' information.
Can a recipient be modified?
- Default addresses cannot be edited or modified.
- If you need to update the recipient's name or an alternate phone number, you can contact Customer Support to request the adjustment.
How to change a recipient's address?
If you want to modify an address, you must delete the current recipient and re-register them with the new information. To do this, follow these steps:

Go to the "My Recipients" section within the store menu.
- Select the recipient you want to delete and confirm the action.

Add a new recipient with the updated information, including:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Exact address: Street, number, between streets, neighborhood, municipality, and province.
By completing this process, you will ensure that the new address is correctly registered in your account.
