However, in order for the warranty to be valid, the user must comply with a series of conditions and responsibilities. Below, we explain in detail the requirements to effectively apply the warranty.
To use the warranty, the customer must present:
- The Warranty Certificate provided with the product.
- The product’s original packaging.
Without this documentation, it will not be possible to process the warranty service.
The warranty period is clearly stated in:

- The warranty certificate
The warranty period begins on the delivery date. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the product is still within the eligible timeframe in order to claim the warranty.
To be eligible for warranty service, the customer must:
- Keep all documentation that was delivered with the product.
- Use the product according to the user manual or the instructions provided at the time of delivery.
- Avoid improper use: do not use household appliances for professional or high-performance purposes, as this may cause failures that void the warranty.
- Do not allow external repairs: during the warranty period, the product must not be inspected, modified, or repaired by third parties (unauthorized individuals or workshops).
- Prevent physical or environmental damage, such as:
- Impacts or drops that affect the structure of the product
- Battery corrosion or liquid spills
- Damage caused by fire, voltage fluctuations, or use under improper conditions
Any of these incidents will automatically void the warranty.
The warranty does not apply to accessories included with the product, such as:
- Remote controls
- Headphones
- Batteries
- Telescopic antennas
- Cables, hoses, or gaskets
- Blender or mixer jars
Structural damage caused by misuse, drops, or accidents is also not covered.
If the defective product cannot be replaced (due to lack of stock), a refund of the corresponding amount will be issued, provided the product meets the warranty criteria.
